Cooperation has many facets. In particular, networking outside the four walls of the own institution has many advantages. This was a central part of the GANZerTAG project and is depicted by the different inter-connected coloured lines in the logo. Taking a closer look at other situations is to learn from differences and broadens the horizon by comparison. The evaluation of knowledge gained in turn leads to the building of (new) competences, which is an important asset for one’s own work. It can be concluded that a continuous management process can be established in any educational institution through networking.
The cooperation map is an instrument that quickly and effectively detects the status quo in one’s own educational institution, leading to dialogue and discussion to pinpoint any potential for development.
